Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Belle’s Studio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Upon receiving payment, all Print orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not delivered or shipped on weekends or holidays. Australia Post delivers in 2-5 business days within NSW, and 3-6 business days interstate. Standard International delivery estimates 9-20 days between major metro areas. Due to COVID19 there may be delays in delivery estimates.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Upon receiving payment, Custom orders, including Commissions and Pet Portraits take up to 5 weeks to be fully completed and processed for shipping, depending on volume of orders and customer liaison leading to further adjustments. Once packaged and processed, Australia Post delivers in 2-5 business days within NSW, and 3-6 business days interstate. Standard International delivery estimates 9-20 days between major metro areas. Due to COVID19 there may be delays in delivery estimates.

All orders are delivered using Australia Post. Prints and Custom orders A3 size and under have a flat rate of $8.95 AUD for Domestic shipping, and International orders within this size frame are $21.00 AUD. Larger sized items may require additional shipping costs. Domestic and International orders include tracked shipping. Tracking numbers will be sent to customers within the 2-3 day processing period, and will become active after 24 hours.

Damages 

Belle’s Studio takes great care in packaging each piece for maximum protection and is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Studio to You

As the website states, prior to purchasing a Studio to You ticket, one member from the party must enquire with Belle’s Studio with a desired date, location, time, design and number of party members. Once these details have been agreed upon by both Belle’s Studio and the customer, tickets may be purchased. This can then be done individually by each party member or in one purchase. Upon receiving payment, a ticket for the chosen Studio to You class will be emailed to you for download or print. Classes can be booked and paid for up to 6 months in advance.
